Michael Hayden

Michael Hayden is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of RF Systems & Design at Tower Engineering Professionals since January 2021, Michael previously held the position of Vice President at Lawrence Behr Associates from June 2006 to December 2020. Additionally, Michael was the President of the International Association for Radio, Telecommunications, & Electromagnetics from May 2010 to May 2012, contributing to a prominent organization for professionals in Electromagnetic Compatibility and related fields. Earlier in the career, Michael was the Director of Engineering & MIS at Cumulus Broadcasting, overseeing multiple stations in Rockford, Illinois. An alumnus of Ashington University with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Michael has furthered expertise with various certifications in ASW Operations, Maintenance, and 5G Networking.
