Michael L. Gardner

Michael L. Gardner is a Vice President at TEP who oversees the firm’s structural department. He is originally from Rocky Mount, NC and started his career in design in 1996. He worked in the fields of residential architecture and pre-fabricated steel design while successfully completing his Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology. In January 2002, he started with TEP while obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structures from North Carolina State University. Along with the day-to-day of managing TEP. He also holds certifications as a Welding Inspector and ENSA Training Instructor for Tower Climber and Rescue.
