Seth Harrelson

Seth Harrelson serves as the Vice President and is a Division Manager over the fiber engineering department. He joined TEP with the acquisition of Utilis Engineering in 2018. He co-founded Utilis with Matt Ward after graduating from UNC Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 2010.
