Thomas N. Tobin

Tom Tobin graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He currently holds the position of division Manager of the geotechnical department and recently expanded his team by adding a division in the Phoenix office. He started at TEP as a Project Manager in 2007 and has spent time on a variety of projects working in the field, in the lab, as well as in the office. He was an integral part of the team that implemented Post Installed Anchor Pull Testing services at TEP, which has now expanded to include Rock Anchor and Micropile testing. He and his team have completed thousands of geotechnical, construction material testing, and special inspection projects throughout all 50 states, as well as many US Territories and Canadian provinces.
