Tom Tobin

Tom Tobin is an experienced professional in the fields of geotechnical and construction material testing, currently serving as Division Manager at Tower Engineering Professionals since October 2007. Prior to this role, Tom acted as Project Manager at St. Lawrence Homes from January 2005 to October 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire construction process of a residential neighborhood consisting of over 340 homes.
