Devon Logsdon

Devon Logsdon, SPHR, HRBP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Area Human Resource Manager and Group Human Resources Manager at AUTOKINITON since July 2020. Previously, Devon held the role of Manager, Human Resources at Tower International from November 2014, where responsibilities included leading recruitment and enhancing employee engagement for three locations in Kentucky. Devon co-owned Five Star Bath Solutions from February 2016 to July 2020, focusing on bath and shower renovations. Prior HR management experience includes positions at Flex Films USA, Inc., and Summit Polymers, where diverse skill set development was emphasized, as well as earlier roles at Gates Corporation. Devon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Western Kentucky University.
