Tom Devine

Tom Devine has extensive experience in program management and cost estimating, currently serving as the North America Area Manager for Cost Estimating at Tower International since 2013. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Program Manager at Tower Automotive since 2003. Tom's career includes significant tenure at Milford Fabricating Company in Detroit, where responsibilities included Program Manager from 1990 to 2003, as well as a long-standing role at Milford Fabricating and ThyssenKrupp Budd from 1978 to 2003, combining titles of Program Manager and Press Room Supervisor.
