Jess Chu

Jess Chu has a diverse background in finance and risk management, beginning with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland. Early experience includes roles at McDonald's as a Crew Member, followed by credit solutions and collections at Latitude Financial Services. Jess then transitioned to ASB Bank in a collections role before joining Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included quality assurance and regulatory operations. At Bank of New Zealand, Jess progressed to Senior Assurance Manager within Customer Products & Services. Currently, Jess serves as Risk Manager at Tower Insurance, focusing on customer experience, marketing, and partnerships.
