Jo Tanner is an organisational development leader with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in people and culture, change management, and strategic HR. Jo has successfully led transformative initiatives that have driven significant business value, including a $47 million increase in efficiency through a business transformation project. Currently a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Tower Insurance, Jo excels in fostering inclusive workplaces and developing impactful people strategies. Jo’s career includes roles in notable organizations such as KPMG, AXA UK, and McDonald's New Zealand, where they have influenced stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Jo holds a BSocSci Honours degree in HR and psychology from The University of Waikato.
