Megan Powers

Megan Powers currently serves as the Head of Reward, Performance & Wellbeing at Tower Insurance since September 2022, having previously held the position of Reward, Performance & Wellbeing Lead. Prior to this role, Megan worked at T&G Global Limited from August 2019 to September 2022 as the Remuneration & Payroll Manager and spent nearly a decade at EY in various roles, including Manager of Reward Advisory Services, International Tax Manager, and Tax Senior Consultant. Megan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University (2002-2006).
