Tom Duke has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Lead Underwriter at Tower Insurance since 2011. In this role, Tom drives the development of innovative and profitable general insurance products, focusing on product maintenance, reviews, and market intelligence. Previously, Tom held the title of Head of Business Performance, overseeing multiple teams aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency through analysis and process improvement. Tom began their career at TOWER as a Customer Services Manager from 2008 to 2011. Educationally, Tom attended Victoria University of Wellington and Nelson College.
