Jonathan Silver

Jonathan Silver is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax counsel and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Tax and Tax Counsel at Tower Research Capital since November 2018, Jonathan previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Tax Counsel and Advisory at Jefferies from August 2013 to November 2018. Jonathan's career also includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director of Tax Counsel, as well as positions at Fried Frank and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as an associate. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona.
