Shane Weyant has extensive experience in the composites industry. Shane started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Creative Composites Group in 1989 and worked their way up to the role of Corporate Sales & Marketing Director before becoming the Chief Operating Officer in 2004. In 2008, Weyant assumed the position of Chairman and CEO of the company.
In addition to their work at Creative Composites Group, Weyant has held leadership positions at other composite companies. Shane served as Chairman and CEO of Composite Advantage in 2018, Tower Tech in 2017, and Kenway Composites in 2017. Weyant was also a General Partner at Composite Cooling Solutions, L.P. starting in 2003.
Furthermore, Weyant has served on the Board of Directors for the American Composites Manufacturers Association since 2020.
Shane Weyant studied Economics at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1987. Shane then attended Frostburg State University from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
