Adélaïde Mion

Adélaïde Mion currently serves as an ESG & Responsible Ownership Associate at TowerBrook, where responsibilities include supporting the implementation of ESG strategies for over 30 European portfolio companies, leading ESG due diligence for acquisitions, and organizing European ESG summits for sustainability managers. Prior to this role, Adélaïde worked as an ESG & Responsible Ownership Analyst at Mirova, managing impact reports and labels for impact funds. Additional experience includes positions as a Management Controller Junior at Groupe Ares and leadership roles as co-president of 180 Degrees Consulting ESSEC and president of NOISE ESSEC, focusing on social and environmental innovation. Adélaïde holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School and has participated in academic exchanges at Copenhagen Business School and École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
