David Holtze

David Holtze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for BRG and Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, as well as a Non-Executive Director at Team EIFFEL, Holtze also holds the position of Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at EisnerAmper Advisory. In addition, Holtze contributes to the Management Advisory Board at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. and was a Board Member on the Supervisory Committee at EPSA until January 2024. Holtze's previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at EY, where roles spanned from Global Vice Chair in Finance and Tax to Global COO for Tax, alongside serving as the Midwest Region Tax Managing Partner. Educationally, Holtze holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
