Shane Hooker is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Chartered Accountant (ACA) currently serving as a Tax Manager at TowerBrook Capital Partners, a position held since April 2025 after a successful secondment from EY. With over 11 years of experience in tax advisory, audit, and general practice, Shane began their career at The Priory Partnership Chartered Accountants, where they built a solid foundation in statutory accounting and client advisory. Shane later transitioned to a role at Haines Watts North West, focusing on audit, before joining EY as a Senior Transaction Tax Advisor, where they developed expertise in private equity transactions and cross-border tax issues.
