Steve Freiberg

Steve Freiberg is a seasoned financial industry professional with extensive experience in advisory and board roles. Currently serving as Vice Chairman and Board Member at SoFi, Freiberg also chairs the Audit and Compensation Committees. As a Senior Advisor at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. and The Boston Consulting Group, Freiberg provides strategic guidance. Freiberg holds board member positions at Purchasing Power and Regional Management Corp., along with chairing the Board of Directors at Rewards Network. As the Founder of Grand Vista Partners, Freiberg has built a successful firm since 2014. Notable past engagements include leadership roles in fintech SPACs, including Chairman at Portage Financial Technology Acquisition Corp and Board Member at Compass Digital Acquisition Corp, both of which were sold in 2023. Freiberg also contributed as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at MasterCard from 2006 to 2022.
