Tom Redpath

Tom Redpath is a Principal at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. since October 2022, specializing in Growth & Impact Investing for the UK and Europe. Previously, Tom held the roles of Investment Director and Investment Manager at Bridges Fund Management Ltd. from May 2017 to September 2022, where the firm focuses on sustainable and impact investments. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as Manager, Consultant, and Associate Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants from March 2013 to May 2017, and as a Strategy Consultant for the University of Edinburgh, where Tom developed a strategy program for the non-profit sector. Tom Redpath earned an MA Hons in Economics and Accounting from The University of Edinburgh between 2008 and 2012.
