Scott Smith has extensive experience in leadership and human resources roles across various industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at EVO Transportation & Energy Services since July 2018, Scott has also been a Managing Partner at TowerHunter Executive Search since April 1999, where the firm specializes in filling critical leadership positions. Additionally, Scott has been a Managing Partner at The Fahrenheit Group since June 2012, focusing on advisory services for growth-oriented and challenged organizations. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Washington Inventory Service and American Express, as well as Director of Human Resources, Staffing and Training at VLSI Technology. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
