Alex le

Alex Le has a significant amount of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Alex started their career at Conexant in 1999 as a Section Manager, specializing in leading the Etch and Photolithography team. Alex was responsible for coordinating area activities and implementing cross-training programs. Additionally, Alex was certified as an ISO Internal Auditor and focused on maximizing area efficiency.

After two years at Conexant, Alex moved on to Semispeciality in 2003, where they served as a Shift Manager. Alex specialized in various fab areas and continued their previous responsibilities from Conexant.

In 2005, Alex joined Tower Semiconductor as an Operations Production Manager. Alex achieved the CEO Award of Excellence and was responsible for executing key indices to achieve the company's business objectives. These indices included turn rate, cycle time, cost management, yield management, line process management, and coordination with supply chain management. Alex also had a specialty in managing unionized labor.

In 2016, Alex was promoted to Director of Production Operations at Tower Semiconductor. Currently, they hold the position of Director Supply Chain Operations.

Alex Le earned a BA in International Business from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. They then pursued an MBA in Business at UC Irvine from 2003 to 2006.
