Marlene Ramirez

Marlene Ramirez is an experienced professional with a solid background in operations management, human resources, and mentoring. Since November 2017, Marlene has served as an Operations Manager at Tower Semiconductor. Prior to this role, Marlene worked briefly in human resources at Zodiac Aerospace. From September 2014 to August 2017, Marlene was a Student Success Mentor for the University of California, Riverside Trio Scholars, guiding undergraduate students in engineering and science. Earlier experience includes a position as a Laboratory Research Assistant and Outreach Organizer in the Earth Science Department at the University of California, Riverside, and as a Document Operator and Spanish to English Interpreter for EILLA Legal Aid, where Marlene prepared legal documentation and communicated with clients regarding their cases.
