Oded Harel

Oded Harel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Oded first worked at Tower Semiconductor from 1990 to 1999, holding a senior engineering position where they led multidisciplinary teams and developed new technologies. Oded then joined National Semiconductor in 1999 as an Engineering Program Manager. In 2003, they moved to Tower - USA and served as the Director of Product Application, managing technical negotiations and pricing strategies for development projects. Oded returned to Tower Semiconductor in 2006 as the Director of Sales and Product Applications, where they managed large customer accounts and handled various business aspects. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Director, Corporate Compliance Officer, overseeing worldwide compliance programs and implementing export control and trade sanctions regulations.

Oded Harel has a Master of Law degree in Business Law from Bar-Ilan University, starting in 2015. Oded also attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2004 to 2006, where they studied photography. Earlier in their education, Oded Harel obtained a BsC in Physics with a focus on Solid State and Electrooptics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduating between 1984 and 1989. In addition to their academic pursuits, they have also obtained a certification in US export controls and Defense Trade controls (EAR / ITAR) from the Export Compliance Institute - San Francisco, obtained in 2014.
