Thomas Foerster

Thomas Foerster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in semiconductor operations and purchasing. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at TowerJazz since December 2008, Thomas analyzes, monitors, and negotiates pricing with global responsibilities for photomask negotiations. Prior roles include Program Manager and Manager of Test Operations at Jazz Semiconductor from 2002 to 2011, where Thomas oversaw wafer sort operations and managed multi-million dollar budgets. Thomas also held similar management positions at Conexant and Rockwell from 1999 to 2003 and 1984 to 1999, respectively, consistently focusing on test operations and financial management. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an Associate of Arts degree from Cypress College.
