Ivan Pham

Ivan Pham is an accomplished RF Director with extensive knowledge in RF network engineering, budget planning, design, deployment, and optimization for various mobile and DAS networks. They previously served as an RF Manager at TMUS - MetroPCS, where they achieved significant milestones, including launching the first 4G LTE network in the U.S. and enhancing network efficiencies. Ivan has also held positions at organizations such as Crown Castle, Andean Telecom Partners, and Sprint, accumulating a wealth of experience in network performance and capacity analysis. Currently, Ivan is focused on their role at TowerNorth, driving operational excellence and fostering talent within the organization. Ivan holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 1994.
