Frank Schepers

Frank Schepers is a seasoned professional in the insurance consulting and technology sector, having held various leadership roles across prominent firms. They began their career as a Consultant at Tillinghast from 1994 to 2003, before progressing to a Principal position at Towers Perrin from 2004 to 2009. Frank then assumed multiple managing director roles at Willis Towers Watson and Towers Watson, focusing on risk consulting and insurance throughout EMEA. Currently, they serve as the Global Leader for Insurance Consulting and Technology at WTW since 2022, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and transformation in the industry. Frank earned a Dipl Math degree in Mathematics and Informatics from the University of Duisburg-Essen between 1988 and 1994.
