Harmoni Piazza is an accomplished HR Benefits Director with over 20 years of progressive experience in benefits operations and vendor management. Currently serving as the Director of Retirement at Willis Towers Watson, Harmoni manages pension administration and provides strategic advice to clients, ensuring efficient project execution and financial success. Prior to this role, Harmoni held various leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente and other notable firms, where they developed and improved retirement programs and vendor management quality. Harmoni earned an Executive MBA from San Diego State University and is Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
