Jared Stephans

Jared Stephans, ARM, AIS, is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits and insurance sector. They currently serve as the Director of Health & Benefits | Risk Management at WTW, where they design and implement self-insured health and welfare plans and develop client-specific service strategies. Previously, Jared held leadership positions at Aon as VP of Commercial Risk and at Alliant Insurance Services as VP of Financial Institutions, showcasing their expertise in risk management and client relations. Jared earned an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems and a BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they also coached NCAA Division I men's basketball.
