Ted Yang

Ted Yang is the Head of Health and Benefits at WTW Taiwan, leading the organization's Health & Benefits business and advising companies on optimizing people risk into competitive advantages. With over a decade of cross-border experience, they have served in various roles, including Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, where they specialized in retirement benefits and insured plan management. Ted co-founded The Juqilin Academy and has also worked as a financial journalist and researcher with the US Federal Government. They are currently pursuing degrees in Rhetoric and Linguistics at Arizona State University while holding a Global MBA from the College of Management at National Taiwan University.
