Trilith is a community in Georgia with a town, neighborhood and amenities tailor-made for makers, creators and innovators. Formerly Pinewood Forest, Trilith is an architectural wonderland surrounded by film, television and content production. The development boasts 1,400 residential homes, town homes and multifamily dwellings and its walkable design offers residents and visitors everything they desire to stimulate their passions. The residential neighborhood operates on geothermal energy, and 51% of the development is dedicated to green space consisting of more than 1,000 trees. Trilith includes a world-class wellness and fitness center, a Town Centre of restaurants, boutique shops and galleries, a resort-style pool, dog park and The Forest School: An Acton Academy, a 21st century micro-school—grades K-12 — with learner-driven technology. There are also a myriad of outdoor experiences including nature trails, sculptures and exhibits, a lake and exquisitely landscaped parks. Upcoming attractions include a nine-screen luxury movie theatre for studio premieres and a neighborhood sound stage known as the Town Stage, which will have multiple uses including concerts and short-term filming.
