Bill McGladdery has a diverse work experience in the hotel industry. Bill started their career at IDM as a General Manager from November 1999 to July 2000. Bill then moved to Doramar Hotels Inc and served as a General Manager from February 2001 to October 2005, managing a 200-room Holiday Inn and later the Radisson Graystone Castle Hotel. Since November 2005, they have been working at Town Pump Company, where they have held various positions such as Director of Hotel Operations, responsible for overseeing the operation of 13 hotels, and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Communications.
Bill McGladdery attended Davenport University from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. Bill then pursued further education at Grand Valley State University from 1977 to 1979, where they studied Tourism Management and earned a BAS degree. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the hotel industry, including CHA - Certified Hotel Administrator and CHIA - Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics.
