Haley Posey

Haley Posey, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions across multiple companies. Beginning a career at The Walt Disney Company in hotel operations and event services, Haley transitioned to roles such as Management Assistant at CarMax and HR Generalist at Brighton Homes and The Adecco Group. From 2007 to 2009, an HR Employment Coordinator position at MPS Group was followed by a return to HR Generalist duties at The Adecco Group until 2014. Haley advanced to a Senior HR Generalist role at Scientific Research Corporation from 2014 to 2017 and later served as Vice President and Senior Vice President/Director of HR Advisory at TowneBank in August 2019.
