Ron Carey

Ron Carey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at TowneBank since April 2025, Ron is also the Founder and CEO of TILT creative + production, a position held since February 2018. Ron's previous roles include Board Member at Village Bank and President at Studio Squared, where notable achievements included significant growth in digital content and in-store advertising. Experience at The Martin Agency as SVP/Director of Human Resources and at Richmond Times-Dispatch as VP of Innovation further solidify expertise in management and innovation.
