Umashangar

Umashangar, Bsc(Hons), possesses extensive experience in quantity surveying, having served in various roles across multiple companies. Starting as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Vishnu Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd from August 2007 to September 2009, responsibilities included supervising site works and preparing measurements. Progressing to a Quantity Surveyor at TMD Construction Limited and Murray & Roberts - Engineered Excellence, duties involved evaluating subcontractor payments and managing variations. Between April 2013 and October 2015, Umashangar worked at Chicago Maintenance & Construction Co. LLC, focusing on evaluating claims and preparing monthly payment applications for clients.
