Townsend Development is a multidisciplinary company built on the belief that community, creativity, and craftsmanship can transform how people live, work, and connect. With a portfolio that bridges historic restoration, culinary innovation, and film industry support, Townsend Development brings ideas to life through passion and purpose.

Our ventures span several dynamic sectors:

Restoration & Neighborhood Revitalization
We specialize in restoring historic properties and breathing new life into the neighborhoods that surround them. Each project reflects our deep respect for architectural heritage while introducing modern, sustainable design. By preserving the past and enhancing the present, we help communities rediscover their identity and realize their full potential.

Memphis Marinades
As part of our culinary venture, Memphis Marinades celebrates the art of flavor. Born from a love for authentic southern taste and craftsmanship, our line of marinades, rubs, and sauces is crafted to inspire creativity in kitchens everywhere, from backyard BBQs to professional restaurants.

Film & Television Locations
Townsend Development also curates and manages some of the most sought-after locations for film and television production. We provide unique, character-rich spaces that bring creative visions to life on screen. With a strong network in the entertainment industry, we offer seamless coordination and a deep understanding of what filmmakers need to tell their stories.

At Townsend Development, our work is driven by a simple vision: to build experiences that last. Whether we’re restoring a century-old building, crafting a bold new flavor, or setting the scene for the next great production, we’re committed to quality, authenticity, and impact.

Together, our ventures represent the same values: heritage, innovation, and storytelling.
