Jay Jones has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jay started their career at Cold Stone Creamery as a Shift Leader, where they handled store operations and trained new employees. Jay then worked at AUTOBELL Car Wash as a Crew Member, assisting customers and ensuring efficient car cleaning. At Mama Fu's Asian Bistro, they served customers and performed various tasks in the kitchen. Jay also worked as a Team Member - Orientation Counselor at UNC Charlotte Office of Student Admissions, where they helped students with the orientation and registration process. Jay later joined Walgreens as a Customer Service Associate, where they maintained knowledge of store policies and provided excellent customer service. Jay then transitioned to Town & Country Ford as an Experience Guide/Sales Consultant, focusing on creating a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience. Jay also gained sales experience at Red Ventures as an Inside Sales Representative, where they dealt with customers over the phone and worked in a competitive team environment. Currently, Jay is working at Townsquare Interactive as the Director of Client Success, leading a team in managing small business owners' online campaigns and providing exceptional service.

Jay Jones attended C.E. Jordan High School from 2007 to 2011 and earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Chemistry. Jay then went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2011 to 2013, studying Chemistry. However, they did not complete a degree at this institution.
