Shannon Doyle is a goal-oriented and highly motivated Customer Success Lead at Townsquare Interactive, where they focus on optimizing operations to enhance efficiency and maintain quality. Previously, they served as an Office Manager at DKS Copper Coatings, overseeing financials and customer databases, and as a Business Owner at Klean Rite AZ, managing a substantial team and generating significant revenue. Shannon also co-founded Who Let Your Dogs Out?, where they trained staff and developed marketing campaigns. They have held roles as a Customer Success Manager at Mediafly and ExecVision, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer relationships and service excellence. Shannon is currently pursuing degrees in Sociology and Graphic Design at Scottsdale Community College and The Art Institutes, respectively.
