Matthew Ebert

Matthew Ebert is an experienced educator and consultant, currently serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Ebert Educational Consulting since August 2023. Ebert contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Towson University and as a School Leader Liaison at Edifying Teachers, both roles initiated in September and July 2023, respectively. Ebert also holds the position of Associate at FourPoint Education Partners since May 2023. Previously, Ebert was a School Principal at Baltimore City Public Schools from July 2013 to July 2023, where significant achievements included improving student outcomes for economically disadvantaged students. Prior to this, Ebert served as Academy Leader and Director of Academic Achievement at Lilla G. Frederick Pilot Middle School and began a career as a Humanities Teacher at the same institution. Ebert has advanced degrees from New York University, Northeastern University, and Boston University, focusing on education and leadership.
