Robert Bugala

Robert Bugala has extensive experience in network technologies, spanning across multiple roles and companies. Their most recent position was as the Network Technologies Department Director at TOYA, where they served as the point of contact for all network technologies and supervised merger/acquisition processes. Prior to that, they worked as the Network Team Manager at TOYA, overseeing IT operations and infrastructure matters, managing a team of 15+ engineers and administrators, and ensuring network performance and capacity planning. Before joining TOYA, Robert held roles such as Head Network Administrator and Network Team Leader, Senior Network Administrator and Team Leader, and Network Administrator, where they were responsible for network design, administration, management, and maintenance, as well as team management and project execution. Additionally, they started their career as a Technical Support/Helpdesk representative, providing customer and technical support while also programming in Perl/Bash/CGI. Prior to joining TOYA, they gained experience in technical support at Mesa Computers and PDi Sp. z o.o. Overall, Robert Bugala has a strong background in network technologies, project management, team leadership, and customer support.

Robert Bugala attended the College of Computer Science in Lodz from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in engineering with a focus on telecommunications and IT. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned two certifications from edX. In March 2015, they obtained a verified certificate for Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python. In May 2015, they also obtained a verified certificate for Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science.
