Tozi is an award-winning, Mexican-American women-owned food company bringing ancestral Mexican ingredients to modern grocery shelves.

Inspired by six generations of family history in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, we create nutrient-dense versions of beloved Mexican staples using ingredients like heirloom blue corn and organic amaranth - an Aztec ancient grain rich in protein and fiber.

Our products are made with simple ingredients, no artificial preservatives, and a belief that the foods our ancestors trusted still have a place in modern diets.

Today, Tozi products can be found in H-E-B, Central Market, independent retailers across Texas, and select hospitality and foodservice partners.

Tozi is where heritage meets health.
