Simon Bacon

Before joining tp bennett, Simon gained a range of experience across a diverse variety of sectors from residential, leisure and education through to industrial and commercial buildings, as well as working on a number of roll-out programmes for clients such as Tesco and JJB Sports.

Since entering the practice in 2008, Simon has been involved with a number of mixed-use and developer-led town centre regeneration schemes, in close collaboration with clients, local authorities and end-users. His recent projects include The Crescent, a retail-led mixed-use scheme in the Leicestershire town of Hinckley, a £70m extension to the Arndale Centre in Eastbourne and Ealing Filmworks, a residential-led mixed-use scheme with St George West London.

Simon has a particular interest in sustainability, and is keen to continue developing his knowledge and understanding of new building systems and technologies.
