Simon King

Simon King is the current Project Director at tp bennett, a position they have held for over six years. Prior to their current role, Simon was a Project Architect at Scott Brownrigg from October 2013 to October 2014. There, they worked on the BP International HQ in Sunbury and the KPMG headquarters in Leeds. As Project Architect, they were responsible for leading the team and ensuring the successful completion of both projects.

Simon has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, having worked on a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Simon is a highly skilled architect with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality projects.

Simon King completed a certificate in professional practice (PG Cert Dip) in architecture at the University of Westminster, a diploma (PG Dip) in architecture at London South Bank University, and a degree (BA Hons) in architecture and planning at the University of the West of England. Simon also completed A levels in physics, art, and design technology at Hurstpierpoint College.

Simon King reports to Timothy Poellnitz, CEO. They are on a team with Andrew Guerin - Project Director, Anne Kuzyk - Director, and Carlos Lambert - Project Director.
