Troy Philis

Troy Philis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in web design, operations management, and technical consulting. As the owner of TP Designs since October 2004, Troy specializes in creating and promoting custom websites for small businesses, emphasizing usability and search engine visibility. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Lightstreams Incorporated, where Troy established key processes during the company's start-up phase, and as a Web Designer at Dialog, a Thomson Company. Troy's earlier roles also include Software Consultant at Enterprise Resource Group, Executive Vice President at Thomas Printing Inks, and Proposition Player in various casinos. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Combined Natural Science from Santa Clara University, complemented by studies at Mission College and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
