TP Financial Solutions Business Charter

When we work together, we want to make sure that:
- We deal with you as an individual, no two clients have the same financial circumstances, we recognise that and will deal with you and your needs in isolation.
- We have a clear understanding of you, your values, goals, and financial circumstances.
- We tailor our service and the language we use to ensure that you understand everything that we are doing.

Our business commitment
We love our local community, we promise to ‘use our powers for good’. We want to ensure that we are giving back where we can, and we will do this by:
◗ Using local suppliers.
◗ Being aware of our environment and use low carbon footprint options wherever available.
◗ Volunteering our time and expertise to assist community/charity organisations.
◗ Using our expertise to help local people and school aged children to improve their financial literacy.

When we meet, we promise to:
◗ Take enough time as we both need to fully understand your circumstances and your goals.
◗ Help you make the most of the tax allowances available to you.
◗ Ensure you are up to date with legislation & budget changes.
◗ Make sure that you are comfortable with the level of risk that you are taking with any investment decisions.

We know that reaching out and contacting a new professional can be difficult, and we feel privileged that you would consider working with us, therefore we will work with you to ensure that you feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after.

With that in mind, our overarching aim is to ensure that we do everything that we tell you that we will do. Transparency, honesty, and integrity. Sometimes things go wrong that are out of our control, we promise to update you every step of the way and give you realistic time-scales for actions to be completed.
