Andrew Herbert

Andrew Herbert is an experienced professional in internal auditing and risk management, currently serving as the Group Internal Audit Chief Operating Officer and Head of Audit for APAC at TP ICAP since September 2019. In this role, Andrew leads a team to provide high-quality, risk-based audit services across various jurisdictions in the APAC region, acting as a strategic contact for executive teams. Previously, Andrew held several senior positions at ANZ from February 2005 to July 2019, including Head of Internal Audit for Europe, Middle East, America, and India, where accountability for the assessment of internal controls was a key responsibility. Andrew's expertise also includes leading transformation programs and specialist services in institutional banking, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
