Cherisse Mitchell

Cherisse Mitchell is a highly experienced compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory affairs and policy development. Currently serving as a Compliance Advisory Officer at TP ICAP since July 2021, key responsibilities include stakeholder relationship building, providing regulatory advice, and overseeing compliance training and policy updates. Previously, as a Compliance Manager at Louis Capital Markets, critical tasks involved managing compliance policies, conducting trade surveillance, and responding to regulatory requests. Cherisse's career also includes roles as a Compliance Assistant at City Credit Capital, where responsibilities entailed compliance monitoring and regulatory change projects, and positions at The Central Bank of Barbados that included Bank Examiner and Balance of Payments Officer. Cherisse holds a Master of Science in Investments and Wealth Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from The University of the West Indies.
