Jamie Sidney

Jamie Sidney currently serves as the Global Head of Voice Operations at TP ICAP, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jamie dedicated nearly three decades to ICAP from November 1994 to March 2022, progressing through various positions including Global Head of Telephony and Regional Head of Desktop Support, EMEA End User Support Manager, Voice Service Manager, IT Voice Support Manager, and Telecommunications Support Engineer. Jamie's educational background includes time spent at Oaklands College in St Albans, Hertfordshire, from 1989 to 1994, and earlier education at JFS in Camden Town, London, from 1983 to 1989.
