Lisa Dula

Lisa Dula is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR Advisory for APAC at TP ICAP, Lisa has been instrumental in providing HR support for the world's largest inter-dealer broker since June 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa held several key HR positions, including Human Resources Manager at PACOM Systems, where responsibilities included global HR management and change program implementation following an acquisition. Additional experience encompasses roles as Global Human Resources Manager at Fisher and Paykel, Human Resources Manager for ANZ at Verint Systems, and Human Resources Manager at Macsteel International UK. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
