Lucy Mayhew

Lucy Mayhew has extensive experience in the financial services and shipping industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Global Broking Chief Operating Officer at TP ICAP since May 2017, Lucy has also held the position of Group Chief of Staff. In addition to roles at TP ICAP, Lucy has been with ICAP since January 2015 as COO for EMEA Offices and Head of Business Management EMEA. Lucy's career began at CP Ships, where significant contributions were made as Snr Director of Accounting from October 1990 to October 2007, followed by the role of Chief Operating Officer at ICAP Shipping since November 2007.
