Mark Ayres

Mark Ayres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager for EMEA at TP ICAP since November 2019, Mark previously held significant roles at NatWest Markets, including Project Manager for a Business Resilience Project and Head of Risk & Control for Data & Client Lifecycle Management, where Mark successfully reduced disaster recovery costs and enhanced governance and reporting processes. At RBS, Mark advanced through various positions, ultimately becoming the Global Head of Intercompany, where oversight of a global team and intercompany reporting was key. Mark's career is characterized by a consistent focus on operational risk management and process improvements. Education was completed at Bexley Grammar School.
