Mark Govoni

Mark Govoni serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency Division at TP ICAP since May 2022. Previously, Mark held the position of President and CEO at Instinet Incorporated from June 2012 to May 2022. Prior to that, Mark was the Head of US Execution Services at Nomura from August 2009 to September 2012 and worked in Program and Electronic Sales Trading at Merrill Lynch from June 2002 to August 2009. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Villanova University.
